At Oathstone Publishing, we want every family to get real use from their edition. Our editions are digital downloads, so our policy works a little differently from a store that ships physical books. Here's how it works.

Digital downloads are final once delivered

Your download link is sent by email as soon as payment clears. Because a digital file can't be returned once it's been delivered, all sales are final at that point.

Accidental duplicate purchases are refunded

If you bought the same edition twice by mistake, let us know and we'll refund the duplicate purchase.

If a file won't download or open, we'll fix or replace it

If a download link doesn't work, a file won't open, or something looks damaged, we'll fix it or send you a replacement at no cost. You never need to buy it again.

Need help opening your edition, finding a PDF reader that supports fillable forms, or getting started? Reach out and we'll help with installation and setup whenever we can.

How to request help

1. Email us at contact@oathstonepublishing.com, or use the form on our Contact page (https://www.oathstonepublishing.com/contact).

2. Include the email address you used at checkout, your order number if you have it, and the edition you purchased.

3. Briefly tell us what's happening (for example: "duplicate purchase," "link expired," "file won't open," or "help with setup").
